Story Overview[]
Enyo sets out to destroy Acheron, believing Acheron is holding back the acceleration of human evolution that she has made with Empyrean and its people during Telesterion. Enyo and the legions of Cepheus lay siege on Anicetus, first through sowing discord among its people, then by invading the planet directly. Enyo's legion overcomes Acheron's defenders with the aid of Hydrus, while Alithea helplessly watches from the Cepheus Ring. Virton arrives and executes the Empyrean Extermination Sequence, ending the siege and destroying Acheron. Amyntas is heavily damaged during the Extermination Sequence and left for dead on the surface of Acheron, leading into the events of Acheron.
The middle of this album takes place at the same time as To Coexist Is to Surrender but from Enyo's perspective.[1] It follows Telesterion and ends leading into Proprioception.
