In ancient cosmologies, the Empyrean Heaven, or simply the Empyrean, was the place in the highest heaven. At the very end of Dante's Paradiso, Dante visits God in the Empyrean.
Empyrean is a planet inhabited by machines and cyborgs. It is connected via the Erebus bridge to its neighboring planet, Acheron. The Erebus bridge siphons energy from Acheron's rotation to power the machines on Empyrean. There are 9 Titans on Empyrean and the inhabitants of Empyrean worship them as gods.
